Sue serves as the broker for Michigan, with a focus on lakefront properties and land in northern Michigan. Her expertise covers Lake Charlevoix, Walloon Lake, Crooked Lake, Pickerel Lake, Burt Lake, Mullett Lake, and the Petoskey area along Lake Michigan.

Born and raised in Plymouth, Michigan, Sue has deep roots in the state. Her childhood visits to family in Northern Michigan sparked a lifelong love for the area, leading her to choose it as the place to raise her own family. Sue is passionate about the region’s natural beauty and enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities throughout the year.

Before transitioning to real estate, Sue worked as a social worker. This background gives her a unique edge in real estate, as she draws on her skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation to effectively guide buyers and sellers through the process.

Dedicated to continuous learning, Sue has earned several advanced designations, including Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS). Sue is also deeply involved in her community, giving back through various initiatives. She serves as the secretary for her local Habitat for Humanity board and runs the soup kitchen at her church, which offers weekly meals to those in need.
